This is a wine that conveys the range of Oregon Chardonnay, with a leaner and taught profile. The 2022 is layered with aromas. Brioche, baking spices, jasmine flowers, baked apples, fresh tarragon and just a hint of ocean air. The nose is worth revisiting again and again. The acidity and mouthfeel bring a structure that holds flavors of candied ginger, ripe stone fruit, softer citrus fruit, and a texture of wet stone.  

This fruit sits at the top of our family vineyard, Menefee. Due to the cool sites' slow ripening power, we can pick late for Oregon Chardonnay, early October, keeping the natural acidity while gaining flavors that are more developed than most. All neutral oak is employed to make sure that the wine truly represents the vineyard at its purest.
