The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities.
The dinner at AKÂDI PDX will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by chef Fatou Ouattara of AKÂDI PDX in Portland, OR and chef Matt Caudle of Cúrate Bar de Tapas in Asheville, NC. The menu will reflect their signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities. The dinner will also include beverage pairings from Suzor Wines for each course.
